1. Refund Basis: Refunds are processed as per airline fare rules, IATA regulations, and BSP system.
2. Types of Refunds:
   • Voluntary (Passenger Cancellation): Airline cancellation charges + service fee apply.
   • Involuntary (Airline Cancellation/Change): Full/partial refund as per airline policy.
3. Processing Time:
   • Direct Passenger Refunds: Processed within 2 working days.
   • Auto Refunds: Processed instantly (if allowed by airline).
   • BSP Application Refunds: Time depends on airline approval.
   • Refund Adjustment for Sub-Agents: Refunds are adjusted every 15 days as per sub-agent ledger cycle.
4. Refund Method:
   • Refunds to passengers are made by the same method of original payment (bank transfer, card, or cash).
   • For sub-agents, refunds are adjusted directly in the sub-agent ledger.
5. Non-Refundable:
   • Tickets marked “non-refundable,” no-show tickets, and expired tickets are handled strictly as per airline rules.
   • If the airline allows a tax refund on such tickets, Valencia Air Travels and Tours Ltd. will refund the applicable taxes accordingly.
6. Documents Required: E-ticket number, passenger ID, and bank details (if needed).
7. Service Charges: Agency service fee is non-refundable.
